In 2009, I launched errant parent after several of my comedic essays were bought by a parenting magazine that subsequently folded. Undeterred, I tried to find another outlet for unorthodox parenting humor, but to little avail. Sensing a gap in the market, I created errant parent. Heading into its third year, the site is dedicated to entertaining parents over educating them.
